NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to M.S. 462.357, the City Council of the City of Lynd, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on the 11th day of October, 2011 at the Fire Hall, located on 111 Railroad St., Lynd, MO 56157, Minnesota, to hear public comment prior to consideration of the following:
1. An ammendment to the Official Map of the City of Lynd, Minnesota
to rezone Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 1 of the New Lynd Addition to
the City of Lynd, Minnesota, from Residential (R2) to General
Business (B1); and,
2. To amend Section 16.205, Part 1, Section D to permit self-storage
facilities to become permitted uses in General business districts.
