MARSHALL - A Balaton man and two others were injured in a personal injury accident reported at 5:07 p.m. Thursday on the intersection of North Minnesota Street and Birch Street, Marshall Police said. A 1998 Dodge driven by Derek Bauer of Balaton received severe damage and a 2002 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall woman, 22, received severe damage, Police said. Bauer and two passengers in the Chevrolet, Kristina Yang and Yasmee Yang received minor injuries and were taken to the hospital by ambulance, Police said.
