LYON?COUNTY?- Garbage dumped in a ditch was reported at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday in Section 6 of Sodus Township, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A?Marshall man, 27, was cited for no Minnesota driver's license in an incident reported at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday on Saratoga Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL -?A?small dog was brought to the animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 8:31 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of South Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 36-year-old man was cited for driving after suspension in an incident reported at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday on 11th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 58-year-old woman was cited for a school bus stop arm violation in an incident reported at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of South 4th Street and Kathryn Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A paycheck was found in an incident reported at 3:06 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 bock of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 24-year-old woman was cited for driving after suspension and a 19-year-old man was cited for a seat belt violation in an incident reported at 5:49 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Southview Drive and Lawrence Court, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An olive green and orange lunch bag was found in an incident reported at 8:15 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Harassment reported at 11:21 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Three people were injured in a personal injury accident reported at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of South 4th Street and Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said. A 1997 Plymouth driven by Blake Nath and a 2006 Chevrolet driven by Sara Macken were damaged, Police said.

Nath, Macken and a 2-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital with injuries, Police said.

LYON?COUNTY?- A St. Leo woman was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 9:25 a.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Lyon County Road 17 and Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

A 1996 Toyota driven by Darlene Breyfogle of St. Leo received severe damage, the Sheriff's Department said.
