TRACY?- A Tracy man, 21, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:23 a.m. Friday on the intersection of Center Street and South Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A turkey was returned to Turkey Valley in an animal complaint at 9:38 a.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle window was broken and two purses were taken in an incident reported at 7:55 a.m. Monday on the 1000 block of Paris Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -?An apple tree was damaged in a damage to property incident reported at 2:30 p.m. Sunday on the 700 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle was found and taken to the garage in an incident reported at 6:01 p.m. Sunday on the intersection of Pine Street and Minnesota Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Officers talked with juveniles fighting in an public disturbance incident reported at 6:38 p.m. Sunday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A?yellow lab retriever was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 11:26 p.m. Sunday on the 800 block of Nuese Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of burglary and possession of stolen property charges on a Marshall man, 20, in an incident reported at 4:36 a.m. Monday on the 1700 block of Thunderbird Road, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

TAUNTON - No report was in on a property damage accident reported at 10:14 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Grant Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON?COUNTY?- A property damage accident with a deer was reported at 8:14 p.m. Saturday in Section 11 of Custer Township, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
