MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter was reported at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Lawrence Street and Deschepper, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Russell man, 57, was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 3:36 p.m. Wednesday on Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black Lab with a reflective collar was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Locust Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 28, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of College Drive and Hill Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - Damage to a street sign was reported at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 150th Ave. and 260th St., the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A calico cat with a blue collar was taken to the animal complaint incident reported at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Locust Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 22, was cited for no Minnesota driver's license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:02 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 32, received light damage and a parked and unattended 2005 Chevrolet received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 11:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South 5th Street, Marshall Police said.
