MARSHALL - Damage to a vehicle was reported at 8:04 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Floyd Wild Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Ceramic pumpkins were broken or stolen in a vandalism incident reported at 7:11 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 6:46 a.m. Monday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Clovis, N.M. man, 25, was arrested and cited for no Minnesota driver's license and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:24 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West College Drive and South 4th Street, Marshall Police said. The man posted bail, paid a fine and was released, Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle was rummaged through and cigarettes were stolen in an incident reported at 7:42 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a bicycle reported at 6:31 p.m. Sunday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 6:07 p.m. Sunday on Heritage Circle were counseled, Marshall Police said.

LYND - Theft of hunting items was reported at 4:34 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of East Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

BALATON - A civil matter was reported at 1:54 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of North Maple Street, Balaton Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 1:38 p.m. Sunday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter reported at 1:29 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Timberlane Drive was referred to Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle window was broken and an iPod stolen in an incident reported at 11:45 a.m. Sunday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle window was broken and CDs were stolen in an incident reported at 10 a.m. Sunday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

LYND - Damage to mailboxes was reported in three vandalism incidents around 9:14 a.m. Sunday on the 2000 block of 235th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 56, was bitten by a cat in an incident reported at 9:03 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane, Marshall Police said. The cat was quarantined, Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2001 F150 pickup truck valued at $5,000 reported stolen at 8:23 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Marshall Street was later recovered, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A reciprocal incident reported at 8:47 p.m. Saturday on the 1600 block of 370th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

BALATON - A theft incident was reported at 6:37 a.m. Saturday, Balaton Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY - A Flandreau, S.D. man, 25, was cited for no Minnesota driver's license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 7:51 p.m. Friday on Minnesota Highway 23 near Camden State Park, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A reciprocal incident reported at 1:21 p.m. Friday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A theft incident was reported at 12:17 p.m. Friday on the 700 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An assist incident was reported at 11:43 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

COTTONWOOD - A report is not yet in on a personal injury accident reported at 2:37 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of 350th Street and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A property damage accident was reported at 6:24 p.m. Saturday on the 500 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

HANLEY FALLS - Three people were injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 7:19 a.m. Saturday on Minnesota Highway 23 north of Hanley Falls, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2010 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Say Reh, 26, of Marshall ran off the road and rolled, the State Patrol said. Reh and two passengers, Ku Mon, 48, and Hsaw Meh, 39, both of Marshall, received non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. A fourth passenger had no apparent injuries.

The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Office also responded at the scene.

MARSHALL - A Jeffers man was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 3:24 a.m. Saturday on 240th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. Gerald Dammann of Jeffers received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by ambulance, the Sheriff's Department said. A 1998 Chevrolet driven by Dammann received an unknown amount of damage.
