MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 41, was cited for loud and noisy gathering in an incident reported at 10:53 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - An incident described as all other reported at 9:52 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 16 and Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A civil matter was reported at 9:17 p.m. Thursday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Minneota woman, 49, was cited for no insurance and her vehicle was towed in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 7:29 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Bruce Street and Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 5:26 p.m. Thursday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 3:10 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North 4th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 3:08 p.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a stalk chopper/shredder was reported at 12:51 p.m. Thursday on the 2900 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A domestic incident was reported at 1:49 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2007 Honda driven by a Marshall woman, 29, and a 2004 Jeep driven by a LeSeur man, 30, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 9:07 p.m. Thursday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Drivers in a property damage accident reported at 12:53 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and Birch Street exchanged information, Marshall Police said.
