MARSHALL - A noise complaint incident reported at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday at Southwest Minnesota State University was referred to SMSU security, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:22 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 56, was arrested and cited for domestic assault and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:50 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A female runaway reported at 4:50 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street was returned home, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A damage to property incident was reported at 6:01 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Identity theft was reported at 4:24 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A harassment incident was reported at 1:21 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Highline Road, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A homeless woman, 50, was arrested on a Lyon County apprehend and detain order for probation violation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:53 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Unauthorized dumping in a trash container was reported at 9:34 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of South 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Graffiti on a building is reported at 8:40 a.m. Monday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2007 Dodge driven by a Canby man, 58, received light damage when it struck a fencepost owned by the city of Marshall in a property damage accident reported at 9:34 a.m. Monday near Independence Park, Marshall Police said.
