NOTICE OF HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLAT

Copies of a Preliminary Plat have been filed with the City by the City of Marshall for North Industrial Park.

The tract of land involving the area of the Preliminary Plat is described as follows, to-wit:

All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township

112 North, Range 41 West, lying north and east of the south

westerly right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 68.

AND

All that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township

112 North, Range 41 West, Lyon County, Minnesota, being

more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter;

thence South89 degrees 55 minutes 02 seconds West, bearing

based on Lyon County Coordinate System, along the north

line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 33.00 feet; thence

South 00 degrees 21 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of

2029.47 feet; thence South 44 degrees 20 minutes 31 seconds

West a distance of 299.34 feet, to a point on the southwesterly

right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 68; thence

South 45 degrees 39 minutes 29 seconds East, along said

southwesterly right of way line, a distance of 334.73 feet, to a

point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter; thence North

00 degrees 21 minutes 41 seconds East, along said east line, a

distance of 2477.56 feet, to the point of beginning.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held to consider approval of said Preliminary Plat before the Marshall City Council in the in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, November 22, 2011.

At such hearing, the City Council shall review the plat, consider all oral and written reports, comments and recommendations and determine as to whether or not to approve the plat.
