ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive bids in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street until 10:00 AM, November 28th, 2011
TWO (2) - POLICE TYPE SQUAD CAR VEHICLE'S FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City for not less than 10% of the bid.
Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk/Financial Director, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement for the summary as to the work for which the bid is made.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Specifications are on file at the office of the Director of Public Safety. Vendors who desire specifications may secure them from the Police Department at 611 W. Main Street.
Bids will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Professional Development Room at Marshall Middle School, 401 South Saratoga Street on Tuesday, December 13th, 2011.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
