MARSHALL -?A?report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges on a Marshall man, 52, in an incident reported at 8:49 a.m. Wednesday on Winchester Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneota man, 25, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:39 a.m. Wednesday in Marshall, Marshall?Police said.

MARSHALL - A?stray cat was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -?A suspicious incident reported at 4:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -?A check was found and a letter was sent to the owner in an incident reported at 5:32 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of North 5th Street and West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black cat was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 6:46 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of North 6th Street, Marshall?Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties were counseled in a violation of an order for protection incident reported at 7:36 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MINNEOTA?- No report was in on a property damage accident reported at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GHENT?- A property damage accident was reported at 7:40 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Chapman Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GREEN VALLEY - An accident with a deer was reported at 12:12 p.m. Tuesday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a personal injury accident reported at 11:37 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North 6th Street and West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.
