Tietz receives scholarship
Denise Tietz, the daughter of Randy and Kris Tietz of Walnut Grove, has been named recipient of a $1,500 Federated Insurance Scholarship from the College of Business for the 2011-2012 academic school year at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
This scholarship is awarded to a full-time student who has been admitted to the College of Business.
The student has to be of junior or senior status, show above average academic achievement and demonstrate leadership abilities. The student will be invited to remain in contact with an executive from Federated Insurance.
