MARSHALL - A Canby man, 24, was released to detox in an incident reported at 4:00 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 2:19 a.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary reported at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 8:04 p.m. Wednesday on Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Theft of a trailer was reported at 4:49 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black Lab taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:32 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of South 5th Street was later released to its owner, Marshall Police said. The owner was cited for dog at large, Police said.

MARSHALL - Damage to a vehicle door was reported at 11:04 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle was reported found at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A 16-year-old female was cited for a tobacco violation in an incident reported at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneota female, 17, was cited for a tobacco violation in an incident reported at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 4:49 a.m. Thursday on Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
