TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 1:04 a.m. Friday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Lamberton man, 26, was arrested for first degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:44 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 4th Street and Main, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A white dog with a red harness was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 10:07 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall male, 18, was cited for shoplifting in an incident reported at 4:20 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A cow in the road was reported in an animal complaint incident at 1:59 p.m. Thursday on Lyon County Road 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A homeless male, 20, was arrested on a warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:25 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of gross misdemeanor and felony domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 30, in an incident reported at 1:17 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Spruce Lane, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2001 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall female, 19, received severe damage when it struck a light pole in a property damage accident reported at 5:13 p.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A 2005 Kia driven by a Hanley Falls man, 30, received moderate damage and a 1999 Toyota being towed by the Kia was destroyed in a property damage accident reported at 4:49 a.m. Thursday on Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The Kia struck a deer, and the Toyota rear-ended the Kia, the Sheriff's Department said.
