MARSHALL - Kane Anasazi D'ArkWolfe, 40, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court Dec. 6 on two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct charges and two counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct charges. A complaint alleges D'ArkWolfe had sexual contact with a victim younger than 16 in Marshall between June and August. A hearing was set for Jan. 3.

MARSHALL - Luis Acevedo Pastrana, 27, of Marshall pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Dec. 6 to charges of third degree driving while impaired, court records said. Pastrana drove with an alcohol level of .2 in Marshall on Oct. 7, court records said. Pastrana was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days stayed, and one year probation with conditions including serve 30 days in jail with credit for time served and good behavior, pay a $700 fine and abide by laws.

MARSHALL - Alberto Alvarez, 26, of San Antonio, Texas, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Dec. 6 to charges of second degree driving while impaired - refusal to test, court records said. Alvarez drove while impaired in Marshall on Oct. 7, court records said. A sentencing hearing was set for Dec. 20.

MARSHALL - Hassan Hussein Mohamed, 20, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court Dec. 6 on charges of first degree burglary. Mohamed or an accomplice stole items from a garage in Marshall on Oct. 24, a complaint alleges. A hearing was continued to Dec. 20.

MARSHALL - Scott James Thomasson, 39, of Balaton appeared in Lyon County District Court Dec. 6 on two counts of domestic assault charges. Thomasson assaulted a woman in Lyon County on Oct. 25, a complaint alleges. A hearing was continued to Jan. 3.

MARSHALL - Jamie Earl Ingram, 21, of Tracy was sentenced in Lyon County District Court Dec. 6 for charges of malicious punishment of a child and domestic assault, court records said. Ingram excessively spanked or punished a child younger than four and assaulted a woman in Tracy in separate incidents on June 19-20, court records said. Ingram received a stayed sentence of one year and one day in prison, and five years probation with conditions including serve 90 days in jail with credit for time served and good behavior, serve 240 hours of Sentenced to Service, and pay $300.
