MARSHALL - A Tracy woman, 32, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center, an Eden Prairie man, 20, was cited for minor consumption and a Sioux Falls, S.D. man, 34, was cited for open bottle in an incident reported at 9:31 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Marshall Street and 5th Street, Marshall Police said.
