ORDINANCE NO. 646, SECOND SERIES
FOR PUBLICATION
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
MARSHALL CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 6
RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
On December 27, 2011, the City Council for the City of Marshall, Minnesota ("City") adopted an Ordinance Amending Chapter 6 - Alcoholic Beverages, Sec. 6-33 "Revocation or Suspension; hearing; penalty" and Sec. 6-215 "Entering licensed premises" ("Ordinance") of the Marshall City Code of Ordinances. The Ordinance serves the purpose of complying with underage individuals entering licensed premises and suspension or revocation of license and/or fine.
It is herby determined that publication of this Title and Summary Ordinance will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of Ordinance No. 646, Second Series. A copy of the entire Ordinance will be posted at the Marshall City Hall.
It is hereby directed that only the above Title and Summary of Ordinance No. 646, Second Series be published conforming to Minnesota Statutes 331A.01 with the following:
