Accidents
LYON COUNTY - A Marshall resident was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 1:40 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of 310th Avenue and 260th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 1995 Dodge driven by a Vesta man, 30, and a 1994 Buick driven by Kenneth Moon of Marshall both received severe damage in the crash, the Sheriff's Department said. Moon was injured and taken to the hospital by ambulance, the Sheriff's Department said.
COTTONWOOD - A 2009 Dodge driven by a Cottonwood man, 47, and a 1998 International driven by a Ghent man, 18, were both damaged in a property damage accident reported at 1:37 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 22 and County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The Dodge left the roadway and struck a pole, and the International struck lines across the road from the downed pole, the Sheriff's Department said.
