NOTICE OF HEARING FOR MAP AMENDMENT
Carr Farms Partnership, Marshall, MN has filed an application for a map amendment (rezone) of the proposed Carr Estates Fourth Addition from a A-Agricultural District to a R-2 One to Four Family Residence District. The legal description of the property is:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 111 North, Range 41 West, Lyon County, Minnesota, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Block 2 of Carr Estates Third Addition, in the City of Marshall, as filed and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for said Lyon County; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 02 seconds East, bearing based on Lyon County Coordinate System, along the south line of said Carr Estates Third Addition, a distance of 425.55 feet, to a point on the west line of Outlot G of said Carr Estates Third Addition; thence South 00 degrees 20 minutes 58 seconds East, along the west line of said Outlot G, a distance of 324.33 feet, to the northeast corner of Block 2 of Carr Estates Second Addition, as filed and recorded in the office of said County Recorder; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 02 seconds West, along the north line of said Block 2, a distance of 425.55 feet, to the southeast corner of Block 2 of Carr Estates, in the City of Marshall, as filed and recorded in the office of said County Recorder; thence North 00 degrees 20 minutes 58 seconds West, along the east line of Block 2 of said Carr Estates, a distance of 324.33 feet, to the point of beginning.
