MARSHALL - The subjects of a domestic incident reported at 12:59 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Fairview Street West were separated for the night, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:58 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Adams Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 50, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Lilac Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 24, was cited for no proof of insurance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and no Minnesota driver's license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lynd Street and 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 5:17 p..m. Tuesday on 6th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - An animal complaint incident was reported at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 31, was cited for dog at large in an incident reported at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday on the 3200 block of 110th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 1998 Ford driven by a Marshall woman, 21, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. The vehicle's brakes didn't function, causing it to strike a fence owned by Subway, Police said.
