LYON COUNTY - A Tyler man, 55, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Lyon County Road 2 an 290th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
LYON COUNTY - Burglary reported at 5:06 a.m. Tuesday on the 2300th block of U.S. Highway 59 was referred to Murray County, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A 2001 Dodge driven by a Marshall man, 51, received light damage and a 1992 semi driven by a Russell man, 67, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday on the 2300 block of Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
