BALATON - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 2:47 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of West 2nd Avenue were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A small black Labrador-type dog was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:24 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 27, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 5:10 p.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Loud music reported at 4:50 p.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of Peterson Street was quiet when an officer arrived, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A fraud incident was reported at 4:18 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North Adams Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A female beagle with a pink camouflage collar was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 1:09 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Harriett Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A brown, black and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:23 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Sunrise Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 1995 Nissan was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run incident reported at 9:28 a.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:41 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

BALATON - Theft of ice fishing equipment was reported at 1:45 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of 4th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - The Lyon County Sheriff's Department assisted the Cottonwood Fire Department in an incident reported at 12:33 p.m. Saturday, the Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A civil matter was reported at 11:06 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Park Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY - A man, 58, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 2:13 a.m. Saturday on the 2500 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TYLER - A suspicious incident reported at 7:24 p.m. Friday on the 1300 block of 150th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

BALATON - A report is not yet in on an assist incident reported at 6:22 p.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - The Lyon County Sheriff's Department assisted Marshall Police in an incident reported at 5:25 p.m. Friday, the Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - Damage to a vehicle was reported at 4:28 p.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - A juvenile matter reported at 12:45 p.m. Friday on the 800 block of North Barstad Road was referred to the county attorney, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Damage to a yard and tree was reported at 8:05 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of Prairieview Court, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY An assist incident was reported at 1:37 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Emory Street and 6th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY - A property damage accident reported at 10:14 a.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 5 was handled by the Minnesota State Patrol, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall resident was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 9:38 a.m. Friday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 1995 Pontiac driven by Josh Dirckx of Marshall received moderate damage and a 2009 Toyota driven by a Woodbury man, 24, was destroyed in the crash, the Sheriff's Department said. Dirckx received minor injuries, the Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A 2003 Cadillac driven by a Minneota woman 56, received light damage when it slid on an icy road surface and entered the ditch in a property damage accident reported at 7:58 a.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
