TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 2:40 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A check fraud incident reported at 5:38 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a theft incident reported at 4:26 p.m. Wednesday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for a barking dog reported at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 39, was arrested for theft of medications and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Maple Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a juvenile matter reported at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter was reported at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct charges on a Marshall boy, 17, in an incident reported at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A check forgery incident reported at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a cellular phone was reported at 11:47 am. Wednesday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2008 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 39, received moderate damage when it struck a light pole in a property damage accident reported at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. The light pole received an unknown amount of damage, Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1992 Ford driven by a Pipestone man, 22, was undamaged and a 1999 Pontiac driven by a Minneota woman, 43, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
