Russell-Tyler-Ruthton stretched a two-point halftime lead into a 64-50 road win over Renville County West Friday night in Camden Conference action.
Kaylie Nielsen had a game-high 16 points and six rebounds for the Knights. Leslie Willert added 11 points, and Kristen Knudsen and Destinee Strand each added 11.
Nora Kronlokken scored 14 points for RCW in the loss.
RTR moves to 5-15 overall and 3-10 in the conference following the victory. The Knights play Fulda today at Southwest Minnesota State University.

Up two on Central Minnesota Christian at halftime, the Lakeview girls basketball team couldn't keep up with the pace in the second half and fell 69-57 Friday night in Prinsburg.
Alexis Scott had 17 points and 10 rebounds for CMCS, while Heather Blom and Jaclyn Swart added 16 and 15 points, respectively.
Lakeview's Emily Swenson had a big game in the losing effort, scoring 29 points with eight assists and two blocks.
The Lakers (11-13 overall) play Red Rock Central today at Southwest Minnesota State University.

Minneota was led by Austin Buysse, who hit four three and had 14 points. Jacob Bottelberghe had 13 points and Grant Hennen added 12.
