MARSHALL - A vehicle was impounded for not having insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 12:37 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Lawrence Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man, 23, was arrested for first degree burglary, domestic assault, disorderly conduct, obstructing legal process, and fifth degree assault and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:03 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An adult male was arrested for third degree assault and disorderly conduct and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:38 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man, 20, was cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 11:36 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man, 23, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and refusal to test in an incident reported at 10:55 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of Hudson Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 3:24 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of Kendall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An adult female was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 3:07 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An adult male was cited for no Minnesota driver's license and no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:56 p.m. Friday on 6th Street, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was towed, Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 7:11 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
