WALNUT GROVE - Services for Laura L. Anderson, 81, of Walnut Grove will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Walnut Grove. Visitation is from 4:30-7:30 p.m. today at the Walnut Grove Funeral Home with a prayer service at 4:30 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Burial is in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service - Walnut Grove Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
She died Friday, Feb. 10, 2012.

She was born Aug. 19, 1930, to Diedrich and Pauline (Schlemmer) Rust on a farm near Vesta.
Survivors include her husband Ted; children: Paula Brown of Savage, Harlan Anderson of Norwood Young America, Samuel Anderson of Mankato, Alison Schmidt of Alexandria, Owen of Mitchell, S,D., Faith Maguire of Walnut Grove, Hope Anderson of Milroy, Signe Hansen of Walnut Grove, Sheldon Anderson of Gillette, Wyo., and Elizabeth Peters of Lindsborg, Kan.; 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sister Mildred Kotval of Redwood Falls; and many nieces and nephews.
