MARSHALL - A Lynd man, 26, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:27 a.m. Wednesday on West Channel Parkway, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A family matter was reported at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A black and orange cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Genesis Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A brown and black cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - Theft of firearms reported at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A reciprocal incident reported at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - An incident described as all other reported at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday on 230th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of gross misdemeanor driving without a valid license charges on a Marshall man, 49, in an incident reported at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A January theft incident reported at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday on Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A large golden retriever taken to the animal impound was returned to its owner after fees were paid, and a verbal warning was given for dog at large in an animal complaint incident reported at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Lynd man, 29, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:17 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday on the 1800 block of Front Street were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - An incident described as all other was reported at 3:24 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of East 2nd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An assist incident was reported at 10:32 a.m. Sunday on the 3400 block of 150th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 7:46 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

NOBLES COUNTY - An Adrian woman, 23, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:26 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of reckless driving and damage to property charges on a Benson boy, 17, in an incident reported at 12:50 a.m. Saturday on the 2700 block of 300th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A theft incident was reported at 9:47 p.m. Friday on Minnesota Highway 68, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - A toolbox with tools was reported lost at 5:44 p.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 24, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - An incident described as all other was reported at 3:25 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of West 1st Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - A woman, 28, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:14 p.m. Friday on the 1600 block of Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2003 Pontiac driven by a Marshall woman, 46, received moderate damage when it slipped on ice and ran over a Department of Transportation stop sign in a property damage accident reported at 1:29 p.m. Monday at the intersection of North Highway 23 and Stadium Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2005 Dodge driven by a Tyler woman, 65, and a 2006 Toyota driven by a Redwood Falls woman, 73, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 1:08 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.
