Westbrook-Walnut Grove used a strong second half to defeat Red Rock Conference foe Round Lake-Brewster 57-51 Friday night in Round Lake.
Taylor Lindaman knocked down four three-pointers and scored 18 points to lead the Chargers. Jacob Comnick added 16 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks to help WWG to victory.
Jake Walker scored 26 points for the Raiders and was the only player on his team to put up more than seven points.
WWG moves to 4-18 overall and 3-13 in the conference with the win. The Chargers play their regular season finale Monday night at home against Red Rock Central.

Southwest Minnesota Christian exploded out of the gates for a 30-point halftime lead and cruised to a a 89-41 victory over Murray County Central Friday night in Slayton.
Andrew Top scored 25 points and Zach Huisken added 19 points to help the Eagles improve to 21-1 overall, 16-0 in the Red Rock Conference.
Nate Wieneke scored 14 points for MCC, which saw its six-game win streak snapped.
The Rebels (14-8 overall, 10-6 RRC) will try to rebound Monday in their season finale against Mountain Lake/Butterfield-Odin.

The Wabasso boys' basketball closed out the regular season on a 12-game losing streak, falling 71-44 in non-conference play Friday to Cedar Mountain/Comfrey in Wabasso.
Finishing the season at 8-17 overall, the Rabbits got a team-high 11 points from Taylor Zuehlsdorf. Zuehlsdorf also led the team in three-pointers (2), rebounds (8) and steals (4).
No other Wabasso player finished in double digits.
Pacing the Cougars (18-6) was Ryan Pendleton, who finished with 18 points. Marcus Heiling added 16 in the victory.
The No. 9 seed in the Section 3A-South playoffs, the Rabbits take on No. 8 Hills-Beaver Creek on Thursday in Hills.

Ryan Reishus had eight points and 11 rebounds for the Sting in the victory.
LQPV was led by Eric Smith, who scored a game-high 20 points.
YME moves to 8-13 overall and 2-9 in the conference. The Sting will play their final regular season game Tuesday against Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City.
