SLAYTON - Services for Joan Rupp, 66, of Slayton will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Christ Lutheran Church in Slayton. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today at Christ Lutheran Church in Slayton with a VFW Auxiliary service at 7 p.m. Visitation will also be one hour prior to the services at the church on Tuesday. Totzke Funeral Home of Slayton is entrusted with arrangements. Burial will be private.
She died Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at Our House Hospice Home in Slayton.
She was born on July 13, 1945, in Robbinsdale to William and Adeline Franzen Phillips.
Survivors include her five children, Lincoln Rupp of Sioux Falls, S.D., Tyson Rupp of Sioux Falls, Rylan Rupp of Slayton, Landon Rupp of Sioux Falls, and Beckyn Rupp of Slayton; three grandchildren one sister, Sharon Ruff of St. Cloud, Fla., and one brother, Charles Phillips of Nevis.
