LAMBERTON -?Services for Lorraine Crouse, 94, of Lamberton will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Lamberton with burial at Crestlawn Cemetery in Redwood Falls.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Sturm Funeral Home in Lamberton and will continue for one hour prior to services at the church Tuesday. Pastor Allen Brakke, officiating. Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Lamberton.

She died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at Minneota Manor.

Lorraine Bernice Crouse was born Sept. 24, 1917, in Marshall, the daughter of Ole and Minnie (Sanders) Ellingson. She was baptized at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Marshall on May 19, 1918. Lorraine was united in marriage to Fred Crouse on February 28, 1940, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Walnut Grove. During the couple's first year of marriage they farmed near Lamberton and then spent the next 7 years farming near Walnut Grove. In 1950, they purchased a farm near Revere where they lived until August of 2004. They moved into Lamberton in 2004 and to Marshall in 2005. Following Fred's death, Lorraine moved to Minneota Manor on Sept. 20, 2006. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Lamberton and enjoyed dancing and cooking. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by daughters Norma Jean "Jeannie" and husband Henry "Butch" Polman of Marshall, and Judy Elaine and husband Jeffrey Greenwood of Marshall; grandchildren Stacy Enderson, Sherry (Todd) Quist, Scott (Jennifer) Polman, Justin (Melissa) Greenwood, Jenna (Derrik) Pinckney, and Jackie Greenwood; great-grandchildren Makenzie Enderson, Olivia Enderson, Allyson Quist, Austin Quist, Ayla Quist, Keaton Maertens, Henry Polman, Harrison Polman, Kyah Pinckney, Kezlyn Pinckney, Easton Greenwood, Jordan Hunsley, and Isabella Hunsley; and sister Gertie Guggisberg. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Fred in 2006; infant son Dennis; infant great-grandson Hudson Polman; brother Henry; and sisters Annie and Alma.
