LAKE BENTON - Services for Geraldine Mary Meyer, 83, of Lake Benton are at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church in Lake Benton. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., all at the church. Burial will be in Diamond Lake Lutheran Cemetery, rural Lake Benton. Hartquist Funeral Home, Utoft-Johansen Chapel in Lake Benton is providing the arrangements.
She died Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, at her rural Lake Benton home.
She was born Sept. 2, 1928, in Arco, to Fred and Elizabeth "Lizzie" (Wynn) Bauman.
Survivors include her children, Kathleen Nordmeyer of Lake Benton, Barbara Prosch of Lake Benton, Caroline Otto of Lake Benton, Melvin of Lake Benton, Allan of Zumbro Falls, Rita Stueven of Lake Benton, Mary Kerkaert of Windom, Susan Lozinski of Canby and Sandra Lacek of Ivanhoe; 28 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and sister, Gladys Reisgaard of Audubon, Iowa.
