A local family will have a very special birthday to celebrate from now on. Josie Lynn McCoss, the daughter of Dave and Terrie McCoss of Marshall, was born at 3:25 a.m. on Leap Day, Feb. 29, 2012. Josie was 20 inches long and weighed 6 pounds and 10 ounces.
