LYND - Amy Bakken and Justin Schlemmer announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Jim and Maren Bakken of Dawson and Gary and Jill Schlemmer of Lynd. Bakken is a teacher at St. Mary's School in Tracy. Schlemmer is employed at Ralco Nutrition in Marshall. The couple plans a March 6, 2012, wedding in a private ceremony on Waimanalo Beach, Oahu, Hawaii.
