TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 1996 Jeep was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in an hit and run incident reported at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Erie Road, Marshall Police said.
