Pancake fundraiser March 11 at Holy Redeemer Church

Camp Foley Pancake Breakfast sixth-grade fundraiser is from 8 a.m.-noon March 11 at Carlin Hall at Holy Redeemer Church. On the menu are eggs, pancakes, sausages, juice, milk and coffee. The cost for adults is $7, children ages 5-12 $4. Kids 4 and younger are free. Tickets may be purchased ahead of time from Holy Redeemer students or at the door.

Chicken dinner at St. Mary's

A chicken dinner with a full salad bar and dessert will be served from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sunday, March 18, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Seaforth. Mass at 10 a.m.

This is a matching grant by the Catholic Order of Foresters Court 1757.

Soup and a Sermon offered during Lent

Soup and Sermon will be offered every Wednesday during Lenten. Soup is served at 11:45 a.m. and the presentation of Lenten Message is at 12:05 p.m. in Holy Redeemer's Carlin Hall. These weekly events are sponsored by the Marshall Area Ministerial Association.

Wednesday's presenter is the Rev. John Groeneweg, Radiant Life Church.

Knights of Columbus fish fry March 16 at Carlin Hall

Knights of Columbus 1621 will have an all you can eat Friday night fish fry, sponsored by Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Serving is from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, March 16, at Carlin Hall, Holy Redeemer Church. Tickets are $9 for adults, and $4.50 for children 4-11. Desserts will be available from the youth group. Proceeds from dessert sales will benefit their summer mission trip.

Catholic Daughters to meet Monday

The Catholic Daughters of Court St. Joan of Arc meeting will be Monday at Hill Street. A Mass will be at Hill Street at 6 p.m. followed by lunch, a program titled "Improving Our Quality of Life" and then the meeting.

Speakers Tuesday at Holy Redeemer Council of Catholic Women meeting

All area men, women and youth and invited to Holy Redeemer Church at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday for Benediction. Following Benediction, a light meal will be served in Carlin Hall. The Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus will speak at 6:30 p.m. The Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus are a public association of the faithful under the protection and the guidance of Bishop John M. LeVoir. The Holy Redeemer Council of Catholic Women General Meeting will follow the presentation.
