MARSHALL - A Sioux Falls, S.D. man, 34, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 7:14 a.m. Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A noise complaint incident was reported at 1:14 a.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall boy, 17, was cited for underage possession of tobacco in an incident reported at 12:34 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Hill Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 10:43 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Ammunition reported found at 4:52 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street was disposed of, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of license plates was reported at 4:24 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle was egged in an incident reported at 12:05 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneapolis man, 18, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:02 a.m. Monday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - An animal complaint incident was reported at 10:46 a.m. Monday on Mound Avenue, Balaton Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of falsely reporting a crime charges on a Marshall woman, 30, in an incident reported at 10:14 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 9:25 a.m. Monday on Westmar Circle were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Cambridge man, 41, was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 9:20 a.m. Monday at the intersection of E Street and East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A large orange and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 9:15 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

GHENT - A Taunton woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 9:58 p.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 68 east of Ghent, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1997 Buick driven by Lillian Koch, 79, of Taunton was eastbound when it crossed the center line to go around a Lyon County deputy on a traffic stop, the State Patrol said. The Buick sideswiped an oncoming 2006 Saturn driven by John Marron, 53, of Ghent, the State Patrol said. Koch received non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Department also responded at the scene, the State Patrol said.
