MARSHALL - An intoxicated male was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 2:51 a.m. Friday on Dano Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a wallet reported at 1:33 a.m. Friday near the Varsity Pub is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 52, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:27 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 40, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:42 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 26, was arrested for probable cause of third degree assault and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 5:29 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A female juvenile runaway was located in an incident reported at 5:02 p.m. Thursday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - A letter was sent to the owner of a Minnesota driver's license reported found at 4:04 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of East Cottonwood Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious vehicle incident was reported at 1:45 p.m. Thursday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious incident was reported at 1:00 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON - An incident described as all other was reported at 12:25 a.m. Thursday, Balaton Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 10:13 p.m. Thursday on Dano Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2007 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall woman, 54, received minor damage and a parked and unattended 2005 Chevrolet was undamaged in a property damage accident reported at 4:30 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1994 Ford driven by a Lynd man, 43, and a 1994 Ford driven by a La Farge, Wis., man, 41, both received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 10:02 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 59 near Industrial Park, Marshall Police said.
