DESMET, S.D. - Rhonda Bitker and Cody Siver announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Gary and Cheryl Bitker of Milroy and Steve Siver and Vonnya Vincent of DeSmet, S.D. Bitker is a 2002 Tracy High School graduate and a 2006 graduate of South Dakota State University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed at Avera DeSmet Hospital. Siver is a 2003 DeSmet High School graduate and works for Castlerock construction in DeSmet. A May 19, 2012, wedding is planned at American Lutheran Church in DeSmet.
