NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council for the City of Marshall, Minnesota, will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 5:30 P.M. in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street, Marshall, Minnesota. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider a request by the Sounds of Summer Committee for private use of public streets and parking lots including:
Closure of West College Drive from the corner of Main Street and West College Drive to Saratoga Street, and also closure of Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive from West College Drive to South "A" Street on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to approximately 10:00 p.m., and again on Saturday, August 18, 2011 from 12:00 noon to Sunday, August 19, 2012 to approximately 3:00 a.m.
All interested persons desiring to comment on the closure requests should appear at the above date and time.
