Responders worked to get tow lines around a pickup truck submerged in Tyson Lake in Yellow Medicine County on Tuesday afternoon. Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's deputies said the driver of the pickup was conscious and sitting on top of the vehicle when responders arrived, and was taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center by ambulance. Deputies said they didn't yet know how long the driver had been in the lake. No other people were in the truck, deputies said.
