REDWOOD FALLS - Services for Shirley L. Smith, 68, of Redwood Falls, formerly of Litchfield, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Presbyterian Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Burial is in the Redwood Falls Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service - Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
She died Friday, April 6, 2012, at Seasons Hospice House in Redwood Falls.
She was born Dec. 2, 1943, in Litchfield,to Edwin and Esther (Desens) Rick.
Survivors include her daughters: Suzie Brusoe of Oakdale, Pam Iverson of Redwood Falls, and Barb Miest of Mankato; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild due in May ; sisters: Anna Mae Wigen of Litchfield, Darlene Lundin of Litchfield, Brenda Rick of Litchfield, Marion Rick of Hutchinson, and Betty LaPlante-Rick of Litchfield; and many other relatives and friends.
