MARSHALL - Parties in a verbal argument reported at 2:46 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Kossuth Street were separated, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a wallet with contents was reported at 10:20 p.m. Thursday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Graffiti on garages was reported at 5:24 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 24, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 5:07 p.m. Thursday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A calico cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 3:29 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 1:37 p.m. Thursday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 42, was cited for dog at large in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:37 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 9:17 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Winifred Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Broken glass was reported in a damage to property incident at 8:17 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South 8th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Graffiti on walls was reported at 8:14 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Park, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2006 Freightliner driven by a Sioux Falls man, 56, was undamaged and a vehicle driven by a Marshall man, 36, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 1:45 p.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 9:59 a.m. Thursday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall resident was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 7:58 a.m. Thursday on Southview Drive, Marshall Police said. A 1996 Ford driven by Dane Gaines of Marshall and a 2006 Dodge driven by a Marshall man, 32, both received moderate damage, Police said. Gaines received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by ambulance, Police said.
