TRACY - Services for Kao Vue, 57, of Tracy will be from 8 a.m. until midnight Saturday, April 21, and also 7 a.m. Sunday, April 22, until 10 a.m. Monday, April 23. The service will then conclude at the Tracy City Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Monday. The Almlie Funeral Home of Tracy is handling the arrangements.
