Kali Bestge, 5, was one of many Marshall youngsters Tuesday afternoon who received a Wild About Kindergarten bag from the United Way of Southwest Minnesota Success By 6 Initiative. Preschoolers attended Kindergarten Round Up at Park Side Elementary and got a taste of kindergarten. They made tiger masks, played, tried out the computers and got a story, "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom," read to them.
Twenty-one area schools will get bags which contain items such as crayons, scissors and markers.
