LYON COUNTY - A sign was painted in a vandalism incident reported at 11:07 a.m. Monday on the intersection of Lyon County Road 11 and 110th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A violation of an order for protection reported at 11:25 a.m. Monday on the 3200 block of Robinson Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A chocolate lab was returned to its owner in an animal complaint reported at 9:21 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Colt Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Lost documents were reported at 10:58 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of Timberlane Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - No report was in on a harassment incident reported at 1 p.m. Monday at Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a cellphone was reported at 3:59 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - No report was in on a trespass incident reported at 4 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 20, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:33 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of South 2nd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A window was broken in a vehicle in a damage to property incident reported at 4:49 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2006 Chevrolet received damage in a hit-and-run incident reported at 4:58 p.m. Monday on the 1000 block of Pine Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A brown and white lab mix was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 6:13 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2001 Buick received light damage in a hit-and-run incident reported at 6:33 p.m. Monday on the intersection of North 5th Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 15-year-old girl was entered into the computer as a runaway in an incident reported at 6:37 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Horizon Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accident

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 7:56 a.m. Monday on the intersection of South 2nd Street and West James Avenue, Marshall Police said. A 1996 Lincoln driven by Linn Harback of Marshall received moderate damage and a 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 24, received moderate damage, Police said. Harback received minor injuries but will go to the doctor on own, Police said.

Fire

MARSHALL - An electrical fire broke out at 611 West Marshall Street, shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday. A pregnant woman was taken to the emergency room by North Ambulance with shortness of breath and a persistent cough.
