TRACY - Services for Charles E. "Chuck" Williams, 88, of Tracy will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tracy. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the church. Burial is in Tracy City Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service - Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
He died Sunday, April 22, 2012, at the Golden Living Center in Slayton
He was born Feb. 4, 1924, in Lisbon, N.D., to Ernest and Grace Williams. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1942 and served as Gunners Mate LST in the South Pacific during WWII.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; children, Steven of Chicago, Cheri Camp of Belfast, Maine, Brett of Park Rapids, Jane Swanson of Cannon Falls and Jody of Los Angeles; stepchildren, Tammara Schons of Tracy and Pamela Cooreman of Tracy; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
