MARSHALL - A Jackson man, 33, was cited for allowing illegal operation of a motor vehicle in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 2:48 p.m. Sunday on Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Two credit cards were reported found at 2:37 p.m. Sunday on East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of money was reported at 12:35 p.m. Sunday on the 1300 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A vandalism incident was reported at 12:19 p.m. Sunday near Central Park, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault, terroristic threat, fifth degree assault and false imprisonment charges on a Marshall man, 33, in an incident reported at 8:56 p.m. Friday on the 2500 block of 190th St., the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A theft incident was reported at 4:25 p.m. Friday near Vans Trailer Court, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 2:14 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accident

MARSHALL - A 2010 semi tractor/trailer driven by a St. Thomas man, 61, received light damage and a 2005 Dodge driven by a Garvin man, 68, received severe damage in a property damage accident reported at 9:36 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
