ECHO?- Services for Eugene H. Remmele, 91, of Echo will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Peace Lutheran Church in Echo. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Sunset Funeral Home in Echo and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Echo City Cemetery. The Sunset Funeral and Cremation Association of Echo and Wabasso is handling the arrangements.
He died Saturday, April 28, 2012, at the Seasons Home Hospice in Redwood Falls.
He was born Feb. 4, 1921, to Robert and Anna (Vollmer) Remmele on the family farm in rural Echo.
Survivors include his three children, John of Redwood Falls, Robert of Schererville, Ind. and James of Echo; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
