MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 7:48 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An adult black Lab was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:25 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Jean Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An intoxicated male was taken to the emergency room in an incident reported at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A gas drive-off valued at $20 was reported at 6:44 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Park Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A juvenile female runaway was returned home in an incident reported at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Horizon Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on an assault incident reported at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Marshall Police assisted Redwood County in executing a search warrant in an incident reported at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Lilac Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A letter was sent to the owner of a wallet reported found at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

LYND - An accident with a deer was reported at 7:19 a.m. Wednesday on Lyon County Road 25, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Luverne resident was injured in a collision with a deer reported at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday on Minnesota Highway 23 south of Marshall, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2001 Saturn driven by Mark Gibbs, 54, of Luverne was southbound on Highway 23 at the time of the crash, the State Patrol said. A State Patrol report said Gibbs was traveling in heavy rain and was unable to see the deer until the last minute. Gibbs received non life-threatening injuries and was taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center, the State Patrol said. The vehicle was destroyed. The Lyon County Sheriff's Department also responded at the scene.

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

LINCOLN COUNTY - There were no apparent injuries in a one-vehicle rollover crash reported at 12:01 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 14 just east of the South Dakota border, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2005 Ford driven by Tyler Oakes, 25, of Jordan, went onto the shoulder, lost control and rolled, the State Patrol said. A State Patrol report said Oakes was reaching for a phone when he lost control of the vehicle.

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.
