NOTICE OF HEARING
TO VACATE AN ALLEY
IN THE CITY OF MARSHALL
A petition for vacation of an alley was received from the sole abutting property owners of alley adjacent to Original Plat, Block Sixteen, Lots 3-10 in the City of Marshall, County of Lyon, State of Minnesota.
A resolution providing for the vacation of alley in the City of Marshall described as follows, to-wit:
An 18-ft. alley located between Lots 3-10, Block Sixteen, Original Plat
City of Marshall, County of Lyon, State of Minnesota
has been introduced and ordered filed with the City Administrator of said City.
Please take notice that the question of approving said petition will be heard and considered by the Common Council at a hearing at its regular meeting on May 22, 2012 at 5:30 P.M. in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street, Marshall, Minnesota, at which hearing affected property owners and members of the public will be given an opportunity to be heard.
